It arrived 2 days before Christmas. The included dildo was split in half. Filed a claim and had a replacement in hand 5 days later.
So far we’re impressed with the machine. The control and capability that RC Access gives is amazing. It’s not very fast, yet provides plenty of power.
The only downside I’ve found is that you have to take it completely apart to pack it in a carrying case. Luckily, it only takes a few minutes to assemble and disassemble.

This is a premium product and you can tell right when you take it out of the box. It’s heavy, sturdy, and looks like it’s built like a tank. It has plenty of power and comes with a wireless remote (though you may need batteries for the remote). As far as angles go, it has incredible adjustability and is heavy enough to stay in place, although placing it against something sturdy or a wall helps too! This also includes the discrete carrying case.
Attachments:
This toy really shines when you get some of the attachments. If you already have some toys, I highly recommend toys with suction cup plate attachments and velcro straps. If you are a boy you can use velcro to attach any toy like flashlight which I have shown in the video increasing the versatility of this machine.

The Highsmith is neatly and conservatively designed, and made from unexpectedly expensive materials. For example, stands are made from thicker (and heavier) bar stock instead of tube. Tube adjustment clamps are the type used to adjust bicycle seats and tend to be solid. The slide ways of the thrusting arm are held within a very sensible set of safety guards and those ways appear to be chrome plated steel with fairly large diameter sintered bearings. The motor and gearbox are quiet and the speed control is smooth. The device has been considered several times, and the good judgments of usefulness and longevity are evident. This is no cheap device and the materials and machining quality shows where the money goes.

I love this machine, I’ve been using it for about a year now and I’m having a lot of fun. It’s not too strenuous, it works great, and is really customizable. I exclusively use the suction plate attachment and it has worked great with all kinds of different toys. I also really like the phone app and remote control, they work great, connect very easily, and have lots of fun programs in the app. In terms of sex toys, I would be surprised if it got more advanced than this! It was worth every penny.

When I received my Highsmith machine and put it together, I was very disappointed when it didn’t work. I contacted customer service from the Highsmith website and Nico was very understanding. He asked me to upload pictures of the components and it turns out I had a faulty app controller. Nico sent me a new one free of charge. When I plugged the new one in, the machine worked! My spouse and I have now enjoyed all of the machine’s features and downloadable patterns that you can get by installing the HighSmith app on your phone. I look forward to many years of enjoyment with this machine knowing that if something does go wrong, The Highsmith Company will provide excellent customer service to my satisfaction.

Why oh why didn’t I find this sooner? value for money. you want this. you need it. Best o I’ve done in months! Very cool and very powerful. Setup was less than 10 minutes. Stop looking at those cheap ones, they break in a month… I have 3 of them. Just invest in it. And if you already have toys from another machine (or flat discs for suction cup toys!) then maybe an adapter is in order too!

I bought this to use on my wife. I’m not sure who enjoys it more. I get to see that it works on her and that works. It is a win win scenario.
Here are my likes and dislikes from what I’ve found. It was carefully packaged without Amazon’s special discrete service. The toy that came with it was fully serviceable, although a few extras have been ordered. Setup wasn’t complicated at all.
The machine doesn’t seem to stroke as fast as advertised, but it’s close enough. However it generates too much torque and speed for its purpose. I haven’t heard a single complaint from him.
Its maximum height has decreased slightly. With a regular bed on a standard frame it is impossible to install it off the floor. It’s like bending over/laying on the floor/using other types of furniture. Unless you use some kind of riser or take it to bed with you.
In short, if you’re seriously considering it, get it. you will not regret it. I cannot speak about the long term durability as of now, but so far it definitely put it through its paces. I ordered extension bars and two more toys for him so far. I’ll probably get basically everything for this eventually.

I got my machine, and after installing it it was not working. I followed all the troubleshooting recommendations and it still did not work. I reached out to their customer service department via email and they responded very quickly. He was polite and friendly. They sent me a replacement part in a timely manner. The machine still wasn’t working, so they sent me a completely new machine. I was so appreciative of the quick service I received, as it was a gift. If you have any problems, don’t hesitate to contact them via email. They will take great care of you!

It’s very polished, cleverly designed and expertly machined—there’s no janky garage-built feel to it. Those legs are solid stainless steel, not cheap chrome-plated tubes. The power supply looks like a name-brand laptop. The fitting that connects the drive arm to the insert is quality work, and provides a positive connection that is strong yet easy to disconnect when you are ready, and the inserts themselves are quality silicone. While it is expensive, it is well worth the money if you want an fmachine.

The machine performed well. The motor was getting a bit hot – enough to spoil the fun, but not nearly enough to leave burn marks. So maybe another layer of protection from the trap would be a good idea.
What bothered us was the huge and heavy metal remote control box, which is heavy and cold and sharp in the corners. Plus the remote control connects to the machine with a long, semi-flexible cord that always gets out of the way. Do not let the partner relax completely. The tiny wireless remote control performed flawlessly. I’d love to see the ability to have detachable cables from the wired control box. Therefore the large metal remote control box can be connected directly to the machine (or via a short cable) and does not have to be “one way” when using a wireless remote control.

This machine is extraordinary. It is weighty and feels firm and secure during use. For example the legs are solid bar stock. Not the flimsy hollow tubing others use. Very sturdy, I can use my biggest lamp with it without any problems! Awesome which is nice when you just want to be in the moment. It can go faster than most people can tolerate. Lots of top end when needed. I wanted a longer stroke length and this is perfect. 6 inches allows for a good feel.
I got purple and it is sweet. Looks like anodized metal. Excellent colour.
